Settings.
On the left there is ability to switch Sores and websites to which the theme should be applied. In the main area there is ability to select:
Above the settings there is a list of created themes. As the list can be large there is a filter to search created settings easily.
Usage
1. To create a new theme setting administrator selects a theme.
2. Then admin selects the Operation Systems on which the theme will be reflected. E.g. if administrator selects flowers theme and Windows Vista, Win2003 and Linux OS – the users having these OS will see flowers theme when they open the website. The users having other OS will see other themes. This step can be omitted, i.e. admin can leave OS list unselected. In this case users will see design independently on their OS.
3. After that admin selects Browsers for the theme. If OS are selected – both browsers and OS will be taken into account. The logic is the same – admin selects e.g. Mozilla FireFox and Windows Mobile browsers. Users opening the website via these browsers will see flowers theme. This step can be omitted as well.
4. Then admin selects Languages. Again only the customers with the selected languages (the language is taken from browsers) will see the theme.
5. ‘Save Theme’ button should be pressed to save the theme settings.
Administrator can create as many theme settings as required. There can be defined that e.g. all customers who use mobile browsers will see mobile theme, and customers who use computer browsers will see a regular theme. Or iPhone users will see one theme and Windows mobile users – another one. The settings can be combined or omitted thus allowing admins to vary the reflection of the website for different groups of users. Administrator can create different themes per store, per language(s), per OS, per browser – or combine several parameters.
