Improve your brand awareness and website ranking and let customers provide positive reviews in the easiest way. To avoid asking each customer for reviews the Review Reminder extension enables automatic email notifications scheduled in a specified period.

Schedule the review reminders

To remind customers to leave reviews in time you are able to schedule email notifications. The cron will send the reminders at 3 am daily. The whole process will be automated and your customers will get the notifications due to the set date. After the order is shipped and invoiced it gets the "Complete" status and the notifications will be enabled automatically.
To remove sent notifications from your log you can clean logs in specified period of time. The old sent notifications will be removed except for the disabled or pending reminders.

Track the reminders' statuses on the log

All review reminders can have pending, sent or disabled statuses. Change status directly on the Review Reminder log, enable or disable reminders, send emails in bulk immediately, preview ready notifications before sending to customers.

Send customizable email and test email

You are able to customize the default email template as well as send a test email to the entered address to check out the reminder's appearance.

Choose email sender and send a BCC copy

Choose one of the email senders, for example, general contact, customer support, etc. You can also get all information and all email notifications if you enable the BCC copy in the general settings.

Enable the unsubscribe link

Give customers a choice to get the review reminders or unsubscribe from notifications. The "Unsubscribe" link is available in the email template.

Preview reminder

To make sure you are sending the right email notifications you can preview each reminder on the log. The preview includes the information for admin about the sent date, customer's mail and name, the notification status and the preview reminder itself. The reminder includes the text, ordered products, links to each product review and the unsubscribe link.
