Extensions of IToris - terms and conditions

General:

These Terms and Conditions cover Joomla Extensions, Joomla Templates, Magento Extensions and Magento Themes developed by IToris.

Extensions of IToris are provided either under commercial license or GNU-GPL license. IToris provides both free of charge and paid extensions.

 

Magento extensions:

Magento extensions are provided under commercial (partially encrypted code) license or premium (open-source) license.

License type is selected during the purchase of extensions. Each license has several modes, please see the full description of Magento extensions’ license.

 

Installation

Magento extensions under commercial license can be installed on one Magento ‘website’(in Magento terms) per license key.

Magento extensions under premium license can be installed on one full Magento installation per license key.

 

Installation Problems

Any installation problems as well as specific settings of an extension are solved within Professional Installation service.

 

Support

Support service is under promotion now. One month of free support is provided with any purchase of an extension. Support can be prolonged on a fee basis.

 

Refund

There is a 15-day moneyback guarantee provided. Within 15 days after the day of the purchase any module is eligible for full refund.

Services, associated with the modules - this includes but is not limited to Professional Installation, Support, Individual customizations - are non-refundable.

Extensions under GNU-GPL license can be installed on the unlimited number of domains.

 

Installation Problems

Installation problems for free extensions are solved by IToris via paid support only.

 

Support

Support is a separate paid service. Support is provided via the online support desk (ticket system). To gain access to the system Support Service purchasing is required (a period of support - one month, three months or six months - can be selected during the purchase). After the purchase login details to the support desk will be emailed.

Support and maintenance help if also provided via forum. Answers on forum are not guaranteed. Neither is the time of answering. Please use the search to make sure there has not been a thread similar to yours before posting a new question.

Support is a separate paid service. Extensions can include support at no additional cost only as a temporary promotion. Support is provided in the online support desk via ticket system. To gain assess to the system an IToris Membership ticket is required (a period of support - one month, three months or six months - can be selected during the purchase). After the purchase login details to the support desk will be emailed.

Support Department can be contacted directly in two cases only:

  • You face problems with the installation of an extension
  • You believe there is a bug found

N.B.. Support help with installation is NOT provided on local hosts.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in two cases only:

  • in case of accidental purchase of several extensions
  • in case the extension can not be installed on the client's server due to the server settings.

Support department will either install the extension for you or ask Sales Department to provide you a refund. In any other case the refund will not be provided, so it is strongly recommended to try the trial of extensions that provide it before the purchase.

 

Joomla Extensions under Commercial License:

Extensions provided under commercial license are the commercial property of IToris. Commercial names of the extensions are the registered trademarks. Any modifications and/or re-distribution should be coordinated with and permitted by IToris.

 

Installation

Extensions under commercial license can be installed on as many domains (this includes sub-domains and localhosts) as included in the Buy now pack. License key(s) can be switched from one domain to another, yet simultaneously only the set number of domains can be activated. To switch between domains go to http://www.itoris.com using the login details you have received during the purchase. Go to My Downloads, find your extension's key(s) there and reset it (them). The keys then can be used anew to activate a new domain.

 

Support
