System requirements and Trial

Please check the system requirements and install trial version prior to purchasing. The trial is active for 7 days, after that it should be activated with S/N license. After the activation all data created and edited during the trial’s period will be available.

There are two versions available – commercial and lite.

There are two types of tutorials – video tutorials and user guide. They provide full idea of how to work with JoDDa.

We provide support as a separate service. To gain access to support system please purhcase a membership ticket. One ticket includes support for all our extensions for a selected period.

Please contact us directly of via Contact form with support issues in two cases only - when there are installation problems or when you believe there is a bug.

All other answers are provided via support system or forum. Answers via support desk are guaranteed within 24 hours on working days (normally faster yet please mind the different time zones). Answers on forum are provided only when we have time, there is no set time for answers.

Refund policy

We highly recommend to install trial first to make sure the extension is installed correctly on your server and suits you. We do not provide refunds to that to avoid any fraud attempts.

Component's name

Initially the dating extension has been called JooDDa. It appeared to be the violation of Joomla's trademark, so we re-named it. Now its official name is JoDDa.
